Jutting out from the Watch Hill area in Westerly, Napatree is a long, sandy split created by longshore drift. It is owned and managed by the Watch Hill Fire District and the Watch Hill Conservancy and is open to the public year-round. It is a wonderfully stunning beach with lots of great bird watching and a great place for a little ocean kayaking.
